e-Archive Invoice Validation Update within the Scope of Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) Compliance

Dear Customers and Business Partners,

As part of our compliance efforts with the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB), we are continuing our work to fully integrate our e-Archive invoice validation infrastructure with GİB's current Schematron rule set.

To ensure that your e-Archive invoices are processed smoothly by our systems and created in accordance with GİB rules, the fundamental validation rules to be observed during the invoice preparation process are shared in detail in the document “eArchive_Invoice_Preparation_Rules_EN v1.pdf ”.

Following the feedback and evaluations after our previous announcement, the document has been updated as follows:

• The PriceAmount restriction specified in rule 8 has been removed.
• Rule 14 has been updated with a clearer and more comprehensible explanation of the relevant requirement.

Please use the latest version of the document as the reference for your invoice generation and integration processes.

These controls will be implemented in our systems as of October 1, 2026. Therefore, we kindly request that you check the compliance of your invoice creation and integration processes with the relevant rules by the specified date.
