Yes, you'll be paired with a dedicated primary care physician (PCP) through an affiliated medical practice. See a list of our physicians . Your physician will be your first point of contact, acting as your advocate, ally, and advisor. Your PCP will conduct routine exams, guide you through testing and treatments, and coordinate specialist visits. If you currently have a PCP with another practice, you'll need to transition your primary care to a Mizan Clinic physician. Unlike traditional practices, our model has far fewer patients per doctor so your care will be more personalized.

Where are you located?

Yes, we accept several major insurance plans including Cigna, Aetna, Oscar, CareFirst, and Sentara. To confirm your eligibility, please use our online eligibility check or call us at (703) 810-7221 . For out-of-network patients, we offer transparent self-pay options , and you may use your HSA/FSA for eligible expenses. As a courtesy, we can submit out-of-network claims on your behalf or provide a superbill to help you seek reimbursement directly from your insurer. We do not currently accept patients with Medicare or Medicaid.

How much does Mizan Clinic cost?

Mizan Clinic offers two membership levels, and how much you pay depends on your insurance and which level you choose. Core Membership: With the Core Membership, you'll be billed for medical appointments and other covered medical services just like any doctor's office. You're responsible for applicable copays, co-insurance, or deductibles. The Core Membership has no separate membership fee. For out-of-network or uninsured patients, we offer transparent self-pay options . We may collect these medical service fees on behalf of our affiliated practices. Advanced Membership (optional): The Advanced Membership is $100/month . This includes $35 for Mizan Clinic non-clinical services (such as wearables, advanced testing, house calls, and on-demand prescription delivery) and a $65 retainer collected on behalf of affiliated clinical practices for supplemental services (such as home visits and enhanced communication). These fees are not insurance and not covered benefits under most health plans. The Advanced Membership is optional and does not limit or affect your access to covered medical services when using insurance. Please see our Membership Agreement for more details.

Mobile and web platform for appointment booking, prescription renewals, secure messaging, and your personal health record. Personalized care plans, risk profiles, and health scores. Integrated behavioral health and coordinated specialty care. Advanced Membership (optional): Advanced health assessments including advanced lipid panels, VO2 max, body composition, and whole-genome sequencing. Monitoring through integrated wearables (free Whoop MG Band or Oura Ring 4) and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) trials. On-demand prescription delivery, house calls, and in-home testing. Access to ancillary services such as a personal trainer or dietician.
