Add multi-agent skill support metadata

Add Codex, OpenCode, Pi, Gemini CLI, and Claude Code compatibility metadata and README install guidance. Bundle slide-maker reference docs into the skill directory and make repo-specific validation tooling path-safe for standalone skill installs.
