Spawn of an Outer God or not, Lilith was greatly weakened by her ordeal in the Nightmare Realm. And after her father murdered her, there wasn't much of her (or her power) left. All it would take was time to heal, but during that time she would be vulnerable. Weakened. For a god, and one who lacked favour with other beings who could offer her shelter, let alone trust them not to consume her themselves, this was a dangerous thing to be.
There are those who would seize upon the weakness of a being of such power and consider themselves holy for it. Enemy or acolyte, they are all the same when a god shows its belly.
Arthur Lester was neither, but he has no reason to help Lilith. Not after what she's done to him. They parted ways understanding that, Lilith knows.

"Separate Megumi and Sukuna." Her voice was raspy. Her vocal cords weren't used to being used, not yet. "Whatever happens to my soul, I don't care, just— just give Megumi and Yuji a chance to win, and to live on after this." She could feel her cursed energy humming under her skin as it shifted and spiked. The vow was spoken; the choice was made.
Nobara makes a binding vow, sacrificing herself to give Yuji and Megumi a better chance. What she didn't expect, when she unleashes resonance, is for Sukuna's cursed energy to combine with her own. The new power level spikes her technique to something she had no idea she could do.
When she wakes up, she's stuck in the past, and an observer in someone else's body. But maybe, if she plays her cards right, she can make the most of this chance.
