Redesign the existing mobile app screen for a premium enterprise dashboard, preserving all current functionality, navigation, and business logic while elevating visual hierarchy, spacing, and overall user experience.
The design incorporates a premium, modern visual language inspired by Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Google Material 3, and industry leaders such as Stripe, Linear, Airbnb, and Google, featuring 3D illustrations, gradient buttons, glass effects, and soft shadows. Premium cards showcase layered surfaces, rich padding, and elegant spacing, while typography and layout create a clear hierarchy of page title, statistics, and CTA. Interactive KPI widgets, smart recommendations, and AI insights cards are seamlessly integrated, and micro‑interactions such as ripple effects, smooth transitions, and pull‑to‑refresh enhance responsiveness. The layout remains mobile‑centric, ensuring one‑handed usability, large touch targets, and accessibility compliance. This project also requires development support.

# Illustrator Needed: Retro-Inspired Fish Mascot + Supporting Brand Elements
## Project overview
I’m looking for an illustrator to develop an original character and small supporting illustration system for **GTM Story**, a B2B positioning and go-to-market consultancy.
The brand is bold, direct, intelligent, witty and slightly strange. It challenges safe, forgettable B2B storytelling, so the illustration should feel distinctive and confident—not corporate, polished for its own sake or conventionally “professional.”
This is an illustration-development project, not a full brand identity or logo-design project. I already have the broader brand direction, typography and an initial color palette.
## The central concept
I have landed on the core idea of a sardine standing vertically with a separate dot beneath it, creating the loose visual impression of an **exclamation mark**.
The image should work on two levels:
* It is clearly a fish character.
* Its vertical silhouette and the dot subtly create punctuation.
The idea represents standing out, refusing sameness, emphasis, voice and having the nerve to say something memorable.
I have an early AI-generated concept that establishes the basic composition, but it is not polished artwork and should not be treated as the final design. I’m looking for an illustrator to interpret and improve it—not simply trace it.
## What I want to explore
The central concept is established, but the visual execution is intentionally open. I would like to explore:
* The fish’s silhouette, proportions and degree of abstraction
* How clearly it reads as both a sardine and an exclamation mark
* Different internal patterns and color blocking
* The character’s face, eye treatment and personality
* Flat versus lightly textured treatments
* More geometric versus more hand-drawn approaches
* How the separate dot relates to the fish
* A few color combinations drawn from my existing palette
The character should feel self-possessed, bold and a little ridiculous—but not cute, childish or cartoonishly expressive.
It should remain recognizable at smaller web and presentation sizes, although it is a mascot/illustration rather than a tiny logo mark.
## Visual direction
The illustration direction I’m drawn to could be described as:
* Modern mid-century editorial illustration
* Retro Mediterranean or European food-packaging graphics
* Colorful vintage sardine-tin artwork
* Flat 2D shapes and bold color blocking
* Screen-print or gouache-inspired texture
* Slightly imperfect, handmade geometry
* Bright, contemporary color rather than muted nostalgia
I like illustration that feels retro without becoming distressed, sepia-toned, kitschy or overly literal. The reference images are intended to communicate the general energy and visual language; the finished work must be original.
## Initial scope
For quoting purposes, please estimate a core scope that includes:
1. Initial exploration of approximately 2–3 character directions
2. Development and refinement of one selected fish/exclamation-mark character
3. Exploration of pattern, color and texture treatments
4. Approximately two rounds of revisions
5. Final editable vector artwork
6. Web-ready transparent PNG and SVG exports
7. Full-color, one-color and simplified versions where appropriate
I would also like a small supporting illustration toolkit, potentially including:
* One or two repeatable patterns
* Approximately 4–6 complementary graphic elements or motifs
* Small fish-school, wave, dot, border or packaging-inspired elements
* Elements that can be used across a website, presentation decks and social graphics
The precise supporting set can be finalized collaboratively once the primary character direction is established.
## What it should not feel like
Please avoid:
* Cute children’s-book mascots
* Generic corporate vector art
* Realistic fish illustration
* Nautical or seafood-restaurant branding
* Heavily distressed vintage pastiche
* A conventional commercial sardine label
* A character that resembles a carrot, necktie, rocket, penguin or human figure
* Overly polished gradients or three-dimensional effects
## Final deliverables and rights
The final artwork should be supplied in editable vector format, ideally AI, SVG or EPS, along with high-resolution and web-ready PNG files.
## When responding
Please include:
* A link to relevant illustration or character-design work
* Examples of flat, geometric, retro or packaging-inspired illustration
* Your creative process
* Estimated project timeline
* Project-based quote for the core character scope
* Optional quote for the supporting illustration toolkit
* Number of concepts and revision rounds included
* Licensing, usage-rights and source-file terms
* Your current availability
I’m especially interested in illustrators who can bring their own point of view to the character while working within an established brand direction.

Design of a static creative template set for Linkbroker, a German B2B marketplace for backlinks, digital PR and AI search visibility.
The creatives target a professional, skeptical audience: SEO agencies, ecommerce owners and marketing managers, 30 to 60, German speaking. They respond to data and proof, not to lifestyle imagery.
We need one template per format, across roughly 13 formats: offer and CTA poster, founder opinion post, social proof screenshot, before and after, competitor comparison, big stat card, listicle, three step explainer, AI visibility angle, objection and FAQ, lead magnet cover, deliberately unpolished native screenshot, and product demo.
Two hard requirements. All copy is in German, so the typography has to handle long compound words. And we need editable templates our team can fill in ourselves, not one off graphics.
Sizes 4:5 and 1:1, plus some 9:16. First batch of 10 to 15 statics, ongoing collaboration if it works out.
