Executive chef Raghav Chaudhary's debut cookbook, Gather, Savor, Share, was featured in the National Post's "Cook This" column — built around the team's family meal, with more than 80 recipes including his fire-roasted lamb birria tacos.
Aiāna earned the prestigious CAA/AAA Four-Diamond dining appointment — recognition for refined, consistently exceptional fine dining rooted in seasonal Canadian ingredients and warm hospitality.
Executive chef Raghav Chaudhary represented Ottawa at the 2024 Canadian Culinary Championship, earning the spot as runner-up at the Canada's Great Kitchen Party regional qualifier with "Shuck it — Flavours of Acadia," a seafood dish featuring an edible oyster shell.
Within a year of opening, Aiāna was named to Canada's 100 Best — the country's most respected national restaurant list.
