The regulatory package and related product enhancements announced below have been deployed to our test (UAT) environment.

On August 24, 2026, the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) released an update to its e-Invoice Package. As mentioned in the announcement, this package was released to address the shortcomings in the e-Invoice Package previously released on July 27, 2026. You can access the details of the e-Invoice package and its changes, as well as the announcement email titled "Regarding the GİB e-Invoice Package Update dated July 27, 2026," which we sent you on August 11, 2026.

The changes in this package compared to the previous one are:

* The license plate format and type control previously added for LicensePlateID in delivery notes has now been added for TransportEquipmentID as well.

* Previously, the types used within LicensePlateID were PLAKA, DORSE,
DORSEPLAKA,YABANCIPLAKA,YABANCIDORSE, YABANCIDORSEPLAKA; this package now separates them. Now, while only PLAKA and YABANCIPLAKA types can be used for LicensePlateID, TRAILER, TRAILERPLATE, FOREIGNTRAILER, and FOREIGNTRAILERPLATE types can be used for TransportEquipmentID.

* The previous package mandated license plate information on all delivery notes, but this has changed with the update in this package. This check is now only valid if driver information is present. In other words, license plate information will only be mandatory if driver information is included on the delivery note.

The mandatory implementation date for the relevant regulation is September 14, 2026, and it will be implemented live from that date.

Developments related to the regulation and its associated products have begun, and further information will be provided with DTPXML data samples when the Test (UAT) environments are ready.
